rebranding RG Hearing

We’re delighted to be working with RG Hearing, not only designing and developing their new website but also giving them a full rebrand, including a new logo and creative approach.

RG Hearing is a small, family-run business that specialises in providing private hearing aids, as well as advice and after care for all aspects of hearing loss. The business is unique since, unlike many high street pharmacies, it’s run by a fully qualified clinical audiologist.

Just as we’re committed to making a difference to the brand identity of the business, Richard Gale, founder and owner of RG Hearing, is both devoted and passionate about making a difference to the quality of life for every one of his patients. Since two of his daughters suffer from hearing problems, Richard can understand and appreciate the situation that his patients, and their loved ones, find themselves in.

The care and compassion that RG Hearing offer to all of their customers is going to be an important aspect of the new website. It also needs to appeal to a wide audience, reflecting the fact that hearing problems can affect people of all ages, from all walks of life.

We’re particularly pleased that we have been chosen to work with Richard on this project. It’s always nice to work with a client whose business is so close to their heart and deeply rooted in their family life.

RG Hearing work with their patients every step of the way, from consultation to aftercare, and we can’t wait to do precisely the same for them, guiding them through the rebranding process; from the initial briefing to project completion.
