Technical Support

I am the front line of the support team; the chances are if you have rung the office you have spoken to me. I support customers by identifying their needs, communicating with the team, and assisting wherever possible.

I also help to test new websites and diagnose any issues in order for swift resolution.

I enjoy the rapid pace, engaging with different customers and get great satisfaction out of every problem solved.
