Technical Support

As technical support it is my responsibility to manage calls and queries that come through to UpriseVSI, helping clients by solving any issues that may arise.

When a site has been designed and developed it is also my responsibility to test the functionality of the site, ensuring that it looks great, works correctly and meets our clients' expectations.

So far, my personal highlight has been graduating from University and knowing that all my hard work and effort paid off!
