BACKGROUND

As Fellows of the Institute of Carpenters, Jarrods design stunningly bespoke staircases and fitted furniture for customers up and down the UK.

The Brief

Jarrods wanted a brand identity that matched the stylish luxury and bespoke nature of the staircases and furniture they created. They also needed a website that would showcase the best of their work and position them alongside other national staircase design companies.

LOGO & BRAND IDENTITY

The existing Jarrods identity was recognisable and didn't require a complete change. Thinning the font and creating a colour palette of duck-egg blue and grey conveyed a subtle hint of luxury.

A spiral staircase icon added an extra element that, while not attached to the company's logo, could be used in various formats and styles to complement the brand identity.

 The Website

Jarrods now needed a website that not only matched their updated identity but also positioned them alongside other national staircase companies.

Focusing on an image-led layout, pages featured examples of glass, metal and wooden staircases as well as bespoke fitted furniture. The messaging and content on the site emphasised

The messaging and content on the site emphasised Jarrods' skills and expertise. With a wide selection of materials, accessories and styles available, customers could create a truly unique product. This was shown through customer stories, an extensive gallery, an inspiration page and monthly blog articles.

THE Digital Strategy

Alongside their new website, our SEO, social media and content teams devised a digital marketing strategy for Jarrods.

Regular blogs on the topic of staircase and interior design, as well as customer stories, are written each month. Optimised for search terms relevant to their industry, these articles not only aid their rankings in search engine results but also form part of the company's social media activity.

Accompanied by Facebook advertising and retargeting campaigns, Jarrods' digital presence is maximised, positioning them as experts in their field and a knowledgeable source of inspiration and information.

The Brochure

Now that Jarrods' brand identity, website and digital presence reflected their approach, they needed their physical marketing material to do the same.

A 74-page luxury brochure was designed, using the same visual style and tone of voice as the website. Created so that it could comfortably sit on the coffee table of one of their customers, it balanced the personal story behind the business with industry expertise and stunning examples of their work.

Print effects like spot UV lamination and metallic embossing gave it the luxurious finish that was required.

"With UpriseVSI's help, the Jarrods brand has evolved to reflect precisely what we stand for; bespoke luxury, family values and skilled craftsmanship.
