Hayes Parsons appoint upriseVSI for brand and website project

Following a competitive tender process, we were delighted to be chosen by Hayes Parsons to undertake a refresh of their brand and design and develop their new website.

Founded in 1964, Hayes Parsons remains an independent broker to this day. Based in the centre of Bristol, it’s now one of the south west’s leading insurance brokers and risk management advisors.

Their aim is to increase commercial insurance premiums within the Bristol market. They also want to focus on their expertise in sector-specific insurance, including marine, education, real estate, charity, IT companies and market traders.

Brand, logo & creative strategy

We’ll be working with the team at Hayes Parsons to update and modernise their logo and brand identity as well as developing a creative strategy for the brand. The aim will be to differentiate Hayes Parsons in what is a traditional and conservative industry.

As well as communicating the company’s expertise in commercial insurance, we will also be highlighting the approach that the company takes. They help their clients to effectively identify and manage risks to try and avoid claims from happening.  However, when they do, Hayes Parsons are there to help manage claims on behalf of their clients.

The creative strategy will also need to communicate Hayes Parsons’ specialist expertise in niche areas of insurance. This will allow them to target relevant companies and organisations throughout the UK. 

In addition, the company has recently launched a Private Client division. This arranges bespoke insurance for high-value homes or estates, valuables, prestige cars or family fleets as well as personal risk insurance.

User-friendly website

The new website will be heavily focused on delivering relevant and useful content to visitors, whether they are existing or potential Hayes Parsons’ clients. We’ll also be highlighting the #GreatBristol initiative, which conveys Hayes Parsons’ pride in the city in which they are based. 

As with all of our websites, the new Hayes Parsons site will be developed to be a responsive web design. This includes both the front-end of the website and the CMS, which has a responsive dashboard, allowing the site to be edited and updated easily on mobile and tablet devices.

Easy to edit & SEO-friendly

We always provide our clients with control over their website. Using our thinkCMS platform, Hayes Parsons will have the ability to update and manage their website themselves without the need to come back to us for changes. With a built in SEO toolkit system, they’ll also be able to work on improving their Google rankings.
