I spend my days working with our customers to really get to the core of what they are trying to achieve from their digital marketing efforts. I’m in charge of the output from the digital production teams and align everything we do to a set of core principles focusing on user experience and user centred design. Previously I was Head of Experience Design at Sequence in Cardiff. Before that, I worked at several places including BBC Wales, Lightmaker and BT.


My career highlight is generally what I have achieved over the 15 years I’ve been working in digital and web. Not everyone can say they genuinely do something they enjoy and have managed to carve a career path in the direction they actually want. I think my forward planning and strategy-focused mindset has a lot to answer for.
